I thought about making a banana pudding type thing from the banana cream pie filling recipe, but thought not.
Went to Allrecipes. com for banana muffins and found this one.

The muffins look wonderful! I am guilty of the same banana problem. I started putting them in the freezer for later use in recipes. Blessings!

ReplyDeleteI freeze my "almost" done bananas and use them in our fruit smoothies.
They look really yummy~I have a hard time getting bananas ripe enough. I have to purposely buy several pounds so that I might get some ripe enough to use (and more ripe than anyone here wants to eat). :-)
