My sister was over this morning and she and I were looking at this picture when I realized what Mary Lawson was making. PIES! I spy two of them, one is already filled. Mary made pies in the same exact place I make pies. I was excited to know that the pie tradition continues in her former home.
And today...I too am making a pie...a strawberry pie. The filling has cooled and I must be off to finish it up.
