Probably my favorite sandwich. Thick sliced home grown ripe tomatoes with a big ole slathering of Miracle Whip. I just have to stand at the kitchen sink and eat it. It is so juicy.
Oh boy! I remember eating these~fortunately, Florida homegrown tomatoes are just as flavorful as Indiana ones--it's just been a long time since I've had one. Our tomatoes never did take off this summer, so we're hoping for a good fall crop--maybe I'll get a tomato and Miracle Whip sandwich then. :-)
Bob would love this sandwich. My guess is he used to eat them growing up. Thanks for sharing. :)
