Pie #1 - Pumpkin
I have officially declared this to be the Year of the Pie in our house hold. This will be to teach my daughter how to make all sorts of pies. I don't even know how to make 'all sorts' of pies, so we will learn together. The plan is to make a different pie each week. Her first pie was pumpkin (picture below), but the next several pies will be fruit.
She took one of these two pies to church this evening for fellowship meal and it was a hit.
